Any reservations not confirmed by 18.30 hours will be left open, unless confirmation is made via email, letter, payment of 50% deposit or Local Purchase Order.
A confirmation of the booking will be sent either by email or fax.
Payment can be made in advance or on arrival, and it should be in cash or company cheques or Local Purchasing Order.
